Yes! We have a fully online booking system, allowing you to book your storage unit online .
You’ll receive your unit number and an access code for the front gate as soon as your payment is received. Once you have your access code and unit number, you’ll be able to start moving your property into storage. Remember to bring a padlock for your unit!
You’re the only person who can access your storage unit.
Nambucca Valley Storage has the highest security measures, including CCTV surveillance, and unique PIN access to the security gate.
We do not offer insurance at Nambucca Valley Storage, but we highly recommend that storers organise to have their stored belongings insured with an external insurer.
Nambucca Valley Storage units are accessible from 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
All Nambucca Valley Storage units are cleaned regularly and as frequently as possible, providing a safe and pest free environment. To prevent pests, make sure you check each item thoroughly before moving it into your unit. To prevent attracting vermin, don’t store any food stuffs or animal foods, including seeds, pellets, and hay.
When exiting, drive forwards so that the front of your car is over the white painted box. Do not allow your car to break the light beam between the fixtures at each side of the gates.

If anything (your car, an object or another person) breaks the light beam, the gates will stop opening. They will then close. To exit, you will have to reverse so that your car is no longer over the white painted box. Then drive forwards so that the front of your car is over the white painted box and wait until the gates open.

If you have any problems, just reverse away from the white painted box and then drive forwards onto the white painted box again. Give the gates plenty of time to open
